Downloaded sound 1 and 2 for the ICM from this site.
It told me it was installed successfully.
There is however no change, have the same MSTS dull boom boom.
Am I missing something? Cannot find a read me either.
Running Win 8.1 with OR.
Can anybody help me with this?

Try again and check the installation path. Probably installed to "program files" instead of "program files (x86)" which is what win 8 uses.
