Ik probeer momenteel een emulatie van de ETCS systeem te maken binnen de grenzen van wat het spel kan doen. Bijv. de displays kan gewoon niet 100% correct zijn.
The ECTS is a 'passive' emulation that requires no track or route changes. (similar to my ATB emulation). Because ETCS doesn't exist in the game, and because the chances of anyone wanting to change their routes or build working ETCS balises is pretty much zero, I went for the 'passive' emulation. This means you can turn it on in the engine, when driving on any route, and it will function pretty close to the real thing but obviously not 100% accurate. Again - similar to my ATB-EG and ATB-NG systems.I think I will be including scenery objects for routebuilders and scenario builders so they can automatically turn ETCS on and off when a player drivers over them, but that's realistically all I can do
